Daily life can be very stressful, and as things get busier and more hectic, self-care is often the first thing we sacrifice. Self-care helps reduce anxiety and stress, and helps you be more effective in the things you want to do and achieve. One way we can achieve this is through a self-care plan where we carefully and thoughtfully plan out the ways that we take care of ourselves, otherwise we often forget to do it! We have different areas of our lives that we need to care for, so go through each question carefully and answer the questions.
