How to make sure you’re safe in crisis (Safety Planning)
You never know when you might start feeling depressed or having suicidal thoughts. To make sure you’re prepared, you can create a safety plan. A safety plan is a plan to help keep you safe during times of crisis, by preparing beforehand what to do. Choose a time when you are feeling calm to fill out the form below. Ideally, you can choose to do this with a friend or counsellor, or you can ask them to fill it out and send it to your email.
